At Northern CBD, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all sales are considered final.


No Returns

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped.

CBD and wellness products cannot be resold after leaving our facility, even if unopened.


No Refunds

All purchases made through Northern CBD are non-refundable.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or reshipment at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items; replacement is the only remedy available.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Northern CBD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hours of being placed.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders that are refused or returned to sender will not be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
